Multi Level Masterblock MKII

The Multilevel Masterblock MKII is the most advanced automated mobile block-making machines of its kind. Its innovative design enables the machine to make all types of block, bricks and cavity blocks. On tests the machine can produce in excess of 4,500 solid blocks per hour making it one of the cost effective and efficient mobile block machine on the market.

The unique system for raising and lowering the front end of the machine to facilitate 'any size of block on the market' makes this machine the most versatile available. The operator can carry out this operation alone.

The electrical system uses the highest quality components. This permits state of the art accuracy to timers and switches, and allows the use of remote control units. The machine is fitted with Mitsubishi PLC control. Two set of proximity switches are fitted to accommodate high and low blocks, thus no manual adjustment of proximity switches. The front wheels of the machine are on a pivot to suit uneven surfaces.

Vibrators on the front and back of the Mould box are on two separate timers and can be adjusted accordingly via a Mitsubishi Data Access unit. Vibrators can be fitted to the tamper head as well as the Mould box. This is another standard feature of the machine, which results in the manufacture of a block with a finish unsurpassed by any other machine on the market. These vibrators are designed and manufactured by Mc Girr Engineering Ltd. - they are completely serviceable.
